Hey, I'm Zach Kosturos and I want to help you upgrade your life, business, and the world we live in.
Here's why I'm doing this
I believe that when we were created, we were given an invitation.
And this was the invitation, should we choose to accept it...
To go out into the world and to make it a better place, to upgrade it!
God gave us the raw materials and the collective ability to upgrade our own lives, the lives of the people around us, the world, and the future.
But, it's NOT EASY!
We are constantly fighting against entropy.
The world is always trying to devolve into darkness, chaos and disorder.
But we were put here to bring light into the darkness, to tame the chaos and create beauty, and to organize the disorder.
When we do that, we upgrade the world and the future!
When we do that, we help to give others hope and encouragement.
And my life's calling is to help you to discover the upgrades God has for you to bring into the world and to help you do just that!

I'm passionate about helping people win in every area of life (faith, relationships, health, work, and money) and that's why I share what's worked (and not worked) for me on my journey.

I believe that work and business, done right, can result in some of the world's biggest upgrades.
Our work matters (A LOT) and one of my goals is to help as many people as I can crush it at work and in business so that the world can benefit from the upgrades that inevitably come as a result.

We're all after a bigger, better, brighter future and when we are constantly upgrading our lives, mindsets, skill sets, and the lives of others, that is the kind future we will create.
I want to help other upgrade-minded people cut through all the negative noise and show the world that we can make the world a better place when we work together!

Faith Life
Everything I do in my life is centered around my faith in Jesus and in response to His great grace towards me.
I am far from perfect but I've learned over the years that sanctification is about progression, not perfection and that progress comes from abiding, not striving.
The ultimate goal of my life is to hear, "Well done, good and faithful servant."

Married Life
I've been married to my wife, Kristine, since I was 20 years old and we just celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary!
She is an incredible woman who runs our home, schools our children, and makes everything we do so special.
She is responsible for more of the upgrades I've experienced in my life than anyone, besides the Good Lord.

Dad Life
Kristine and I have four children in the house.
Two of our children are biological (our oldest - daughters) and two are adopted (our two youngest - boys).
We also raised my youngest sister from the time she was 14 until after she graduated high school and we consider her our fifth.
I love being a father more than anything and am so blessed to have the amazing kids I do!

Work & Business
I love to work and I love the impact that can be made through business!
I currently own several companies in the commercial real estate industry.
One of those companies is a real estate operating company with about 50 team members, that oversee almost $1 billion dollars of real estate.
Another is a real estate private equity company that raises capital and acquires and develops commercial and multi-family real estate.
We currently own approximately $75 million of property and are actively looking to expand our portfolio.
